I wanted to spawn close to the necromancer turtle, which portal would I choose? Thanks,

Should be the middle left portal.

watch the cutscene, where they stand at the end is the portal u should use

Upper level, left.

The roofing is weird (looks like you wouldnt be able to walk over it) but you can go straight cover a bridge to him
